- Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university/institute, with 8 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in an HEC-recognized public/private university or public sector organization.
OR - MS/M.Phil. (Second Division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university/institute, with 10 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in an HEC-recognized public/private university or public sector organization.
OR - Master’s degree or BS (4 years) (at least Second Division) from an HEC-recognized university/institute, with 12 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in an HEC-recognized public/private university or public sector organization.

2. Treasurer (BS-20)
- Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized university, with 8 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
