- Qualification: Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in IT governance, software systems, and leading organizational change.
- Skills: Expertise in information systems, integrating teams, and managing geographically diverse teams.

- Qualification:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
- Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries.
