1. Executive Director (Ship Management)
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Registered with PEC or any relevant local/international professional statutory body.
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in the maritime sector, including shipbuilding projects, vessel fleet operations, technical management, and/or maritime logistics.
- Sailing experience onboard ships.
- Must possess a First Class Certificate of Competency and be well-versed in MLC 2006, MSO 2001, IMO, ISM, and ISPS codes & regulations.
- Preference given to candidates with:
- 5 years of shore-based experience in ship management (repairs, maintenance, dry docking, procurement of ship stores/spares).
- Experience in vessel fleet and crew management.
- Experience managing ship personnel and finances.
- Experience working at shipyards, overseeing new shipbuilding projects.
- Contract writing & management expertise.
- Working knowledge of ISO-9000 Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of environmental projects related to shipping emissions under COP-26 & MARPOL regulations.
- Maximum age: 60 years
2. General Manager (Ship Management)
Qualification & Experience:
