1. Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Accounting, Finance, or Law from an HEC-recognized university/institute
- OR Qualified CA / CMA / ACCA
2. Experience
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in managing financial/legal transactions of Merger & Restructuring preferred
- Note: For Chartered Accountants, CA Articleship will be counted towards the required experience
3. Age Limit
- Maximum 50 years on the closing date of the application
4. Employment Nature
- Contractual: 3 years (extendable based on need and performance)
- May be regularized after 3 years based on fulfillment of SECP criteria
5. Preferences & Inclusion
