- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines from a university recognized by HEC (Higher Education Commission of Pakistan).

- Sr. Officer/Officer Credit Underwriting: Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or credit proposal analysis within DFIs.
- Sr. Manager/Manager Treasury: Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury operations, investment management, and money market operations in a financial institution.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, Basel reporting, and compliance with SBP guidelines.
- Expertise in credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with investment strategies, debt management, and liquidity optimization.
